Refund Policy

Starting Session. The Starting Session is free. Nothing to refund.

14-Day Fair Start. If you decide coaching isn't for you within 14 days of your first payment, email hey@justinegliskis.com and you'll get a full refund of what you've paid. To qualify you must have completed onboarding and your first week of training. After 14 days this window closes.

90-Day Ratio Guarantee. If you complete the program as described under “What doing the work means” on the Guarantee page and your shoulder-to-waist ratio has not improved by at least 0.05 from your day-1 measurement, you may choose either (a) a full refund of the program fees you've paid, or (b) continued coaching at no cost until it does. Claims must be made by email within 14 days after day 90, with your weekly measurement records.

Payment plans. If you're on a payment plan, all installments stay due unless a refund is approved under this policy. An approved refund covers what you've paid and cancels what's left.

Otherwise, program fees are non-refundable after the 14-day window, including if you stop participating.
